Does anyone else have devices randomly going offline? It's worse when the hub reboots.
ZigbeeExplorer: Completely agree — I had the exact problem and got it working by updating the driver. Took me longer than expected that configuration option.

YMMV, but in practice — WiFi was a mess for this use case.
